Spravato (esketamine) is a relatively new way to manage Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD). Taken in conjunction with an oral anti-depressant, this nasal spray is fast acting, with studies showing improvement as soon as a few hours after ingestion. Traditional antidepressants usually take a few weeks for results to appear. If you have tried two or more depression treatments with little to no success, Spravato may be the right choice to help you get your life back on track.  If you have any questions regarding potential Spravato treatments please call our office and ask to speak with Marissa, our Spravato Coordinator.
